*For Crime or Incident reports, please submit a check made out to the "CITY OF SAN JOSE" and "NOT TO EXCEED $16.00.
In addition, you may call (408) 277-4143 for any request regarding photographs to verify the number of images. You will be requested to submit a check, "NOT TO EXCEED $.XX." This will expedite your request in the event that more (or fewer) photographs are provided.
All cashier's checks, money orders, or personal checks should be drawn from U.S. bank only.
To further expedite your request, you may submit your requests with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Fee Schedule for Tow Services
All charges to be paid directly to the Tow Company and NOT to the City of San Jose. Rates are determined by the State of California Highway Patrol, Tow Services Agreement for the Golden Gate Region, San Jose office, and adopted by the City Council of the City of San Jose.
